  • Yes. I am currently in-network with BCBS PPO and self-pay. For most other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network (OON) provider. To use your OON benefits, you would be responsible for full payment at the time of service. I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for you to be reimbursed. To understand your benefits, please call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about out-of-network mental health coverage for CPT code 90837.

  • Intake Sessions are billed at the rate of $150. Subsequent appointments are billed at the rate of $140 per session.

  • At this time, all sessions will be held virtually via a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform.

  • We ask that you cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel an appointment, reschedule, or show up with less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately result in a full-session charge. Because services are not rendered in the case of a missed session or late cancellation, insurance cannot be billed and the client will be responsible for the full session fee.

  • During our first session, we’ll talk more about your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals. I’ll share more about my approach, clarify any questions that you may have about our practice and policies, and will help us figure out the best place to start as we determine the direction you’d like to head in therapy.

  • Above all, I prioritize creating safety and comfortability for clients in every session. My style is conversational, collaborative, and warm while my approach combines Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Cognitive, and Dialectical-Behavior therapies. I place equal emphasis on fostering insight, building skills, and sitting with painful emotions.
